Grated Carrot Fry
One of the easiest,fastest,healthiest,tastiest..... curry to make..
Ingredients:
- Carrots
- Green chilies
- Coriander powder
- Salt
- Tumeric
- 1 tsp oil
Preparation method:
- Add oil to the pan, make a slit to the chilies and add them in to the oil fry for a minute and add grated carrots.
- Add salt to taste and a tsp of coriander powder,little tumeric powder..stir well..the number of chilies depends on the amount of spiciness required. Stir for 2 minutes and its done..squeeze a lime as garnish..and its ready.. :-)
